These terms govern your use of Totage, provided by Parker Beaumont. By using Totage, you agree to these terms.

Using Totage

You may use Totage for lawful personal or household inventory management. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter, your account security, your printed labels, and activity performed through your account. Do not misuse the service, interfere with other users, probe its security, or use it to violate law or another person's rights.

Accounts and families

You must provide accurate account information and protect your credentials. Family owners control invitations and membership. Authorized family members may view or change shared inventory according to their permissions. Do not invite anyone who should not have access to that information.

Content and third-party services

You retain ownership of content you provide. You grant us the limited permission needed to store, process, synchronize, and display it to you and authorized family members. Totage relies on services supplied by Apple, Supabase, Google AdMob, and, when you configure it, OpenAI. Their availability and separate terms may affect related features.

Inventory, valuation, and labels

Totage is an organizational tool. Values, AI suggestions, search results, identifiers, QR codes, and labels may be incomplete or inaccurate and are not appraisals, insurance advice, or guarantees of ownership or recovery. Verify important information independently and keep appropriate backups and insurance records.

Availability and termination

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features. You may stop using Totage at any time. We may restrict access for material misuse, security risks, or legal requirements.

Disclaimer and limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Totage is provided "as is" and without warranties. Parker Beaumont is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, property, profits, or opportunities arising from use of Totage. These limitations do not exclude rights that cannot legally be limited.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will revise the effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions may be sent to webmaster@parkerbeaumont.com.
